Black unisex cotton hoodie with a zipper and “Tormented Soul” design. The hoodie has ribbed cuffs. On the back is zombie tearing its face off, leaving only a skeletal frame behind. On its head is a crown of thorns made from barbed wire. Zombie has a halo circled by a barbed wire as well.

On the upper right chest of the hoodie is printed the SickFace brand logo illustrated in a death metal style. Hoodie is printed by the screen-printing technique.
